Rectron offers a one of a kind walk-in support service whereby the majority of defective products are tested and exchanged on the spot, saving the customer both time and the effort of having to return to collect such items. A dedicated ‘Service Store’ carries stock of fast moving devices and components, to further decrease the average turn-around time of such exchanges to approximately 5-10 minutes.

We are an authorised repair centre for all Sony and Gigabyte products, BenQ monitors and projectors, Makerbot 3D printers and Ricoh’s commercial printer product range.
